摘要
根据采煤机牵引调速控制的要求,提出了采煤机电液比例牵引传动控制系统,提出了基于电液比例控制的多路液压传动的采煤机牵引调速控制方案,构建了基于Simulink的系统仿真模型,同时进行了时域和频域的仿真研究,主要研究了系统的快速性、稳定性、准确性等控制系统的常见控制特性,研究结果表明:系统具有良好的稳定性和可靠性,系统响应迅速,传动控制的效果比较好。
According to the requirement of speed regulation control of shearer traction, the paper was put forward traction speed control scheme of multi-channel shearer of the hydraulic transmission based on coal mining electromechanical liquid ra-tio traction drive control system, and built simulation model system based on Simulink system. At the same time, the author made simulation research of domain of time and frequency. The author mainly studied common control features of quickness, stability and accuracy of the system control. The results showed that the system has advantages of good stability and reliabil-ity, rapid response, better effect of driving control.
