超高压锅筒筒节的温卷温复圆技术论证 被引量:1

摘要 超高压锅炉锅筒筒节的主要材质是BHW35(δ92),钢板卷制是筒节制造过程中的一道最重要的工序。根据该筒节的规格(φ1 600 mm×92 mm)、材质及性能要求,通过对主要设备W11S-140/210×3200卷板机和2 500 t四柱压力机的卷制及预弯能力计算,同时考虑BHW35材料的供货状态是正火+回火,须在正火预弯后恢复材料的综合性能,从而确定钢板直边高温(正火)预弯、正火热处理、中温(回火)卷圆、中温矫圆的最终方案。 The main material of super pressure cooker (steam outlet pressure 13.7 MPa) is BHW35 boiler tube section (delta 92). Plate steel is the most important process in making shell. According to the tube section of the specifications (phi 1 600 mm×92 mm), material and performance requirements, through calculating rolling and bending capacity of main equipment W11S - 140/210 × 3 200 machine and 2 500 t four-column press; at the same time, considering the supply of BHW35 materi-al status is normalizing + tempering, which have to be restored comprehensive performance of material after fire and bending in order to determine final plan of the steel plate straight high temperature (fire) bending, hot treatment, medium temperature (temper) volume, temperature correction, which passed the product validation. Finally, the paper was obtained the conclusion.
