高职院校校企文化对接是高职教育发展的必然。本文从高职院校校企文化对接的现实意义入手,从积极心理学视角分析了校企文化对接中教师心理压力的主要表现及压力产生的主要原因,提出了缓解高职院校教师这种压力的对策措施。
