教育理念是人对教育的观点、看法和信念。它是在特定历史条件下形成的,随着历史发展变化而发展变化的,它具有与时俱进的时代内涵。因此,不同时代有不同的教育理念,不同国家有不同的教育理念,不同的人有不同的教育理念。虽然,不同时代的教育理念是多元发展变化的,但一个国家的国家教育理念是统治者的教育理念,并随着统治者的更替而变化。国家教育理念无论伴随着统治者的更替如何变化,它的核心始终是关于"培养人"的思想,主要回答"为什么培养人"、"培养什么人"和"怎样培养人"的问题。随着古今中国政权的改朝换代,国家教育理念始终围绕"培养人"不断地变化着。
Educational concept is faith, view and the viewpoint of education formed under specific his- torical condition and changing along with historical development, processing the connotation of keeping abreast with times. Because of this, different times, difference countries and different people have different concept of education. Different time has an educational concept that has gone through multiple developments, but a country's educational concept is a concept of the ruler, changed with the change of rulers. Whatever the change, its core is the idea of "fostering people", answering the question of "Why we should foster people?", "What kind of people do we foster?", and "How do we foster people?". Since the ancient time, the Chinese power has gone through dynastic changes, bring constant changes in "fostering people".
