摘要
介绍了气相色谱-质谱联用法测定EVA材料中2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲苯酚(BHT)测量不确定度的评定方法。对测量不确定度的来源进行了分析,建立了各不确定度分量的数学模型,并对各不确定度分量进行了量化。当EVA材料中BHT含量为2.85mg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.88mg/kg(k=2)。
The method of uncertainty evaluation for determination of BHT in EVA materials was introduced. The sources of uncertainty were analyzed, the mathematical model of each uncertainty component during the measuring process was established, and each uncertainty component was quantified. The determination result of BHTcontent was(2. 854-0. 88) rng/kg(k= 2).
