摘要
R-和S-薰衣草醇及其酯类是重要的香料化合物,在昆虫信息素的研究上有着很重要的作用。R-薰衣草醇及其酯类,以及S-薰衣草醇酯,已被认定为是粉蚧类昆虫的性别和聚集信息素重要的组成成分。本研究通过脂肪酶催化,利用琥珀酸酐酰化,拆分RS-薰衣草醇得到R-和S-薰衣草醇,并探讨溶剂、反应时间和反应温度等因素对拆分效果的影响。在以乙醚为溶剂、反应时间48h、反应温度25℃-30℃的条件下,猪胰脂肪酶为催化剂拆分RS-薰衣草醇的效果最佳,R-薰衣草醇对映体过量率可达95%,S-薰衣草醇对映体过量率可达86%,转化率可达64%。
Abstract: (R) and (S)-lavandulol are important compounds in the cosmetics industry and in pheromone research. The senecioyl ester of (R)-lavandulyl, as well as the esters of (S)-lavandulol have recently been identified as the sex pheromone of the vine mealybug. We herein report a convenient resolution of recemie lavandulol through lipase-catalyzed acylation with suecinic anhydride. Effects of different solvents, time, temperature, change of stereoisomers lavandulol of on the resolution were investigated as well. The optimum solvent was ether. The optimum time was 48h. The optimum temperature range was 25 ℃ -30℃. High enantioselectivity was achieved while the preparation yielded (R) -lavandulol with 95 % , (S) -lavandulol with 86 % and conversion with 64 %.
