Innovative Development of the Strategic New Industry of Northern Areas in Anhui

文章从战略性新兴产业的内涵出发,分析了皖北地区战略性新兴产业创新发展的意义,明确了皖北地区战略性新兴产业的发展现状,主要就其优势和存在的问题提出了着力引进和壮大一批领军大型企业;加强自主创新,提升战略性新兴产业核心竞争力;因地制宜,错位发展战略性新兴产业;注重政府、银行、企业主体作用,拓宽战略性新兴企业融资渠道;完善政策体系,搭建服务平台,全方位支持战略性新兴产业发展等对策建议。

The significance of the innovative development of North-Wan-area strategic new industry is analyzed, whose current state is also introduced. Based on the problems, it is sugges- ted to introduce and strengthen a group of leading enterprises,improve independent innovation, promote their core competitive power. It is also important to consider the local environment and develop accordingly. The financial factors, such as the function of government, banks, and enter- prises,should be convenient for financing. It is also suggested to improve the policy system and build up service platform to support its full development.
