摘要
介绍了云南滇池地区某风化低镁胶磷矿的原矿性质和组成,并且制定了用旋流器预先脱泥再浮选的试验方案。脱泥作业P2O5回收率损失在20%以下,之后根据矿石中的MgO质量分数不同分别采用正反浮选工艺流程和单一正浮选流程均可使磷精矿P2O5的品位达到29%以上、回收率分别达到76.66%和80.32%,为风化低镁胶磷矿的开发应用奠定了基础。
This paper describes the compositions and properties of weathered low magnesium crude collophane ore from a phosphate mine in Yunnan Dianchi area. The test plan with cyclone pre-de-sliming and flotation is developed with loss of P2O5 recovery rate in the de-sliming operation being below 20%. A positive negative flotation process and a single positive flotation process two process are introduced in response to the different MgO con tents in the ores, which can make the P2O5 phosphate concen- trate grade reach more than 29%, and the recovery 80.32% and 76.66% respectively, laying a foundation for the development and application of the low weathered magnesium collophane.
