摘要
基于近年来我国非煤地下矿山典型冒顶片帮事故的统计数据,采用事故树分析方法,全面、系统地分析了发生冒顶片帮事故的主要原因,找出了导致此类事故发生的最小割集2520组,预防事故的最小径集5组;对引起冒顶片帮事故发生的致因事件按结构重要度进行了排序,识别出冒顶片帮事故的主要致因为检查不周和疏忽大意、地质条件差、安全管理不善、浮石处理不当、缺乏有效支护以及顶板管理不善等因素,继而提出了相应的防治对策。对非煤地下矿山的安全生产具有一定的指导意义。
Based on the statistic data of typical accidents due to cave-in in non coal underground mines in China in recent years, a comprehensive and systematic analysis is made by using the ana lyrical method of fault tree of the main reasons for the accidents due to cave in. The results show that there are 2520 minimum cut sets that can lead to accidents due to cave-in and 5 minimum radial sets that can prevent accidents due to cave-in; events of cause for accidents due to cave-in is sorted according to its structural importance. The main causes for accidents due to cave in were poor checks and carelessness, unfavourable geological condi tions, safety mismanagement, improper handling of pumice, shortage of effective supports and roof mismanagement. The relevant preventive measures are put forward. They are of a certain guiding significance to realize safe production in metal and non metal mines.
