毛泽东的马克思主义执政党学习思想探析

毛泽东毕生重视学习,在中国革命胜利前夕更是将学习视为中国共产党执政以后自身建设的一个重大战略任务,视为党提高管理和建设国家的能力、保持自身先进性和纯洁性的重要途径。新中国成立后,毛泽东多次强调全党一定要振奋精神,下苦功学习,明确要求党员干部应当把工作以外的剩余精力主要放在学习上,并系统阐述了学习对象、内容、方法、途径等问题。毛泽东的马克思主义执政党学习思想具有历史继承性、鲜明时代性、全面系统性等特点。这一思想是毛泽东执政党建设思想的重要组成部分,从一个侧面阐明了执政党建设的一个战略任务和主要路径,是对党如何保持先进性和纯洁性、提高领导水平和执政能力的积极探索和正确回答。尽管这一思想带有毛泽东所处时代的特征,但就其主要内容和基本精神来看,至今仍然有很高的思想价值和历史意义,对于今天正在进行的建设学习型、服务性、创新型马克思主义执政党也有着很强的现实针对性和指导意义。

Mao Zedong had attached great importance to acquisition of knowledge in his whole life. During Chinese revolution period,he considered knowledge acquisition as a strategic task of the ruling party building of the Communist Party of China and a vital way to improve the abilities of management and construction and to maintain its purity and advancement. This is a fundamental thought clearly advocated by Mao Zedong on the eve of new China. After the founding of new China,Mao Zedong repeatedly stressed that the Party must take heart to study hard and requested that the Party members,especially the cadres should spent their part time and energy getting knowledge and cultivate good learning habits. He also systematically expounded the studying object,content,methods or approaches. Mao Zedong's thought of knowledge- based Marxist ruling party is of historical inheritance,distinct contemporary style and systematic comprehensiveness. It is an important part of Mao Zedong's thought about the construction of the ruling party. Learning is a strategic task for the ruling party building and a main path to it. The thought gives an active exploration and affirmation about how to maintain the purity and advanced nature and how to improve the level of leadership and governing ability of the Communist Party of China.
