摘要
针对充水式高压潜水电机的特殊结构,研究其定转子特殊闭口槽形对电磁性能影响,给出相应槽形对应槽比漏磁导计算公式;利用辛普森法改进了转子磁路计算公式;在对非矩形转子槽分块与分层处理的基础上,推导了电机起动时集肤效应作用下每层电流的数值计算公式,通过直接计算导条的损耗与漏磁场能量得出转子电阻增大系数和转子漏抗减小系数;同时采用插值法拟合出电磁计算曲线公式,以提高电机计算的准确度,供参考。
For the special structure of water-filled high-voltage submersible motor, the influence of special closed-slot type of stator and rotor on electromagnetic performance was researched, and the formulas of calculating slot ratio leakage conductance corresponding with slop type were given. The calculation formulas of rotor magnetic circuit were improved by Simpson method. Based on block and layer processing of nonrectangnlar rotor slot, the numerical formulas of calculating each layer current under motor starting skin effect were derived. The increased coefficient of rotor resistance and the decreased coefficient of rotor leakage reactance can be obtained by directly calculating bar loss and leakage magnetic field energy, at the same time the curve formula of electromagnetic calculation can be fitted by interpolation method to improve the accuracy of motor calculation and provide the reference.
