整数槽永磁同步电动机齿槽转矩的研究

摘要 在齿槽转矩产生原理的基础上,根据解析法推导与分析了不同整数槽永磁同步电机的齿槽转矩,并利用Ansys有限元分析软件对不同整数槽永磁同步电机的齿槽转矩进行对比分析与研究。结果表明,采用不同整数槽的永磁同步电机,其齿槽转矩的幅值以及对电机低速运行性能的影响不同。并提出针对不同整数槽采用不同抑制齿槽转矩的方法,进行了样机测试,该分析方法可避免整数槽电机产生较大齿槽转矩,对采用整数槽减小电机径向电磁力、降低永磁同步电机的振动和噪声具有实用意义。 Based on the mechanism of cogging torque, this paper derives and analyzes cogging torques of permanent magnet synchronous motors ( PMSM ) with different integer slots by analytic method, and compares and researches them by finite element analysis software of ANSYS. The result indicates that the influence of different integer slots on cogging torque magnitude and low-speed operation performance are different. For PMSM with different integer slots, different methods of reducing cogging torque were used and verified in model motor. This method can avoid larger cogging torque of integer slot motor, and has practical significance to reduce radial e- lectromagnetic force of integer slot motor and decrease vibration and noise of PMSM.
