低压电机引接电缆连接新工艺的应用

摘要 行业内低压电机引接线电缆连接一直使用传统的锡焊工艺,效率低、成本高、污染大、连接稳定性差;利用金属冷压管连接电机引接线电缆具有传统锡焊工艺无法比拟的高效、节能、无毒害和连接稳定等优点。介绍一种将金属冷压连接应用于电机引接线连接的新工艺。该工艺在解决一系列应用问题的同时对原有接线工艺流程进行优化改进,并通过性能检测,满足设计和生产需要。 In low-voltage motor industry, the traditional tin soldering has always been applied to lead-in cable of the motor. It has the disadvantages of low efficiency, high cost, serious pollution and poor connection stability. This paper introduces a new metal cold-press pipe technology. It has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, non-toxic and good connection stability. This technology not only has solved a series of application problems but also has optimized and improved the original connection process flow. It can satisfy the requirements of design and production verified by performance testing.
