摘要
介绍了国家关于低阶煤综合利用的产业政策;从生产工艺、产品规模、项目技术经济分析等方面论述了低阶煤提质、低阶煤制油、低阶煤制天然气、低阶煤制烯烃、低阶煤制乙二醇等低阶煤综合利用途径的现状和发展前景。结果表明:①采用低阶煤提质技术可提高煤炭资源的综合利用效率和煤炭利用的环境效益;②利用低阶煤制取油品、天然气、烯烃和乙二醇,具有能量转化效率高、投资较少、经济效益较好的特点,市场前景可观。
Author has introduced the national industrial policy concerning comprehensive utilization of low valence coal , has discussed the present sit-uation and developmental prospect for comprehensive utilization path of low valence coal about upgrading of low valence coal , low valence coal-made oil, low valence coal-made natural gas, low valence coal-made olefin, low valence coal-made ethylene glycol etc.from aspects of productive operation, prod-uct scale, technical and economic analysis of project and so on.Result indicates that:(1)Using the technology of upgrading low valence coal can increase the comprehensive utilization rate of coal energy and the environmental benefit of coal usage,(2)All the oil product, natural gas, olefin, ethylene glycol made by low valence coal have the features of high conversion rate of energy, less investment, better economic benefit, its market prospect is very obvious.
