摘要
阳煤丰喜肥业集团临猗分公司采取变压吸附工艺回收湿法脱碳装置闪蒸气中的有效组分。介绍了变压吸附装置的工艺过程;简述了装置运行情况;分析了装置存在的问题;提出了相应的改进方法。结果表明:①变压吸附回收装置总投资800余万元,脱碳高闪气流量为6 000 m3/h,回收产品气为1 500 m3/h,年增经济效益840万元;②吸附后的CO2解吸气中H2S含量过高的问题有待解决。
Effective components in flashing gas from decarburization device by wet method were recovered from by means of variable pressure adsorp-tion process in Linyi Subcompany, Yangmei Fengxi Fertilizer Industry Group.Author has introduced the process flow of variable pressure adsorption de-vice; has briefly described the running situation of the device; has analyzed the problems existing in the device; has presented the appropriate improve-ment method.Result indicates that:(1)Total investment of variable pressure and recovery devices is more than 8 million Yuan RMB,high flashing gas flow from desulphurization is 6,000m3/h, product gas recovered is 1,500 m3/h,economic benefit 8.40 million Yuan RMB is increased annually.(2) Problem that H2S content in desorption gas CO2 is too high after adsorption is to be solved.
