摘要
铸铁板翅式换热器可以有效降低露点腐蚀,已经成为低温余热利用的有效手段,但不同翅片结构的流态和传热性能相差很大。在工厂的翅片模型定型后,进行了烟气与空气真实工况稳定态实验,确定了铸铁板翅式换热器的阻力与传热性能参数、传热因子j与Re的关系式以及阻力因子f与Re的关系式,提出了便于计算的铸铁板翅式换热器传热与阻力方程式。
Casting iron plate-fin heat exchanger could effectively reduce the dew corrosion , it has become effective measure of low temperature waste-heat utilization, but the difference was very big among flow state and heat property in different fin structures.After the fin model was shaped in factory, stable state experiment was made under real conditions of flue gas and air , resistance and heat transferring property parameter , relation of heat transfer fac-tor J and Re, as well as relation of f and Re , the eqution was proposed in order to easily calculate the heat transffering and resistance of casting iron plate-fin heat exchanger.
