母子公司知识异质性与创新绩效研究 被引量：3

摘要 母子公司在协同创新过程中面临创新的知识困境(求同还是求异),即一方面强调母子公司内部知识的关联性,寻求母子公司协同效应(强调求同),另一方面强调知识的多样性,以提升母子公司创新绩效(强调求异)。从母子公司知识的关联性和多样性两个方面对知识异质性进行了全新界定,并引入母子公司协同创新行为作为中间变量,构建了母子公司知识异质性与创新绩效关系模型,以解决上述困境。
