摘要 介绍了工程中大功率IGBT常用的几种并联方式,并详细介绍了大功率IGBT直接并联应用的技术要点。通过对直接并联应用技术的研究和工程设计开发,包括理论分析、研究性试验以及装车运行考核,表明采用该种大功率IGBT直接并联技术的产品具有更加优良的均流效果和更高的可靠性,有着广阔的市场前景。 Several IGBT parallel methods for engineering application were introduced, and the technology cruces of IGBT directly parallel were particularly presented. A IGBT parallel scheme for IGBT directly parallel was proposed, technology research and engineering development of which including academic analysis, investigative experiments and operating test was processed. The results of experiments indicated that the proposed parallel scheme had better current balancing and higher reliability, and had an extensive engineering application prospect.
