The Evaluation Model and Empirical Research on Emergency Management Capacity of the Tourism Industry Confronting the Unconventional Contingency

旅游业中的非常规突发事件对旅游业的健康发展产生了极大的损害,引起了旅游行业和管理部门对旅游突发事件的高度重视。本文以旅游业中的非常规突发事件应急管理能力评价为研究目标,首先确定了旅游业面对非常规突发事件应急管理能力评价指标体系,然后构建了应急管理能力的评价模型,并以A城市为研究对象,进行了实证研究。

The unconventional contingencies in the tourism industry have caused the considerable sound development, which have aroused great attention of the whole tourism industry and related management departments. Aiming at studying the evaluation of emergency management capacity for the unconventional contingencies in the tourism industry, the paper first chooses an evaluation index system for emergency management ca- pacity of tourism industry confronting unconventional contingencies, and then constructs an evaluation model for emergency management capacity. And an empirical study is done with City A as an instance.
