An Observation into the Conflicts between the Customary Marriage Law of the Li Nationality and the State Law:With Four Li Villages in Hainan as the Perspective

在黎族这个特殊的法治语境中,作为调整黎民婚姻关系的习惯法,至今仍在影响着黎族男女的婚恋观。但由于经济因素、历史传统、伦理观念、地域特点等多重因素,使得黎族婚姻习惯法与国家法在婚姻缔结方面存在着诸多冲突。

In the special legal context of the Li nationality, the customary law works to regulate tile mamage re- lationships of the Li people, currently affecting the attitudes of the Li men and women towards marriage. But due to the economic factor, historical tradition, ethical concept, regional characteristics and so on, a great number of conflicts exist in the bond between the customary marriage law of the Li nationality and the state law.
