Culture's Value and Utility in the Cross Straits' Political Communication and Integration

台湾文化和大陆文化同根同源,在内容与价值上几近相同,尽管在这百余年来由于两岸隔绝和对立的原因导致两岸文化出现一些变异,然而两岸文化属于同质的中华文化是不可否认的事实。两岸文化和平发展的形势下,加强和发展两岸的文化交流与合作,增进两岸人民的沟通、了解和认同,增进政治层面的沟通和整合,促进国家和平统一大业的顺利进行,是一项重要的课题。

Both the culture of Taiwan and the culture of the mainland ,coming from the same origin , are nearly identical in content and value .Due to the opposition and isolation on both sides of the Taiwan Straits for about one hundred ,the cross-strait’ cultures show some mutations .However ,it is an unde-niable fact that the cross-strait cultures belong to the homogeneity of the Chinese culture .Under the situation of the peaceful development of the cross-strait cultures ,it becomes an important task how to strengthen the cross-strait’ cultural exchanges and cooperation ,how to promote the communication , understanding and recognition of the people on both sides ,how to enhance the communication and inte-gration in political aspects ,and how to promote the country’s peaceful reunification smoothly .
