面对产能过剩、经济转型、投资项目锐减、营业收入下滑,中小型设计公司(院)如何生存发展的严峻形势,分析外部环境和内部现状,提出了适应市场需求、国家产业政策为导向的技术创新,以市场细分为基础的营销模式创新等发展战略。
Faced with excess capacity, economic restructuring, investment dropped,operating income declined and the grim situation for small-andmedium sized design company( institute) how to survive and develop,this paper analyzes the external environment and internal situation,and then proposes the development strategies such as to meet the market demand, with the national industrial policy oriented technological innovation and market segmentation-based marketing model innovation.
