足月分娩应激反应的研究进展

Advance on full-term labor stress reactions

应激反应是指机体在受到各种内外环境因素刺激时出现的非特异性全身反应,适度的应激对机体有一定的保护作用。分娩作为一种特别的刺激因素,可引起机体一系列应激反应。适度分娩应激可增强母亲和胎儿的适应性,预防不利的分娩结局,但持久强烈的分娩应激给母婴带来伤害作用。本文就足月分娩与应激反应关系的研究状况作一综述。

Stress reaction is the non-specific systemic response to stressor which can be caused by various inter- nal and external environmental factors. Labor, as a special stressor, can cause a series of stress reactions. Moderate stress has certain protective effect on the adaptability of the mother and fetus, and can prevent adverse birth outcomes. However, persistent and strong stress is harmful to body. This review reveals the relationship between term labor and labor stress.
