微创下内固定术治疗上肢骨折的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of minimally invasive internal fixation in the treatment for upper limb fracture

目的观察微创下内固定术与常规固定方法治疗上肢骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2011年6月至2012年6月期间在我院住院治疗的58例上肢骨折患者为研究对象,58例患者随机分为实验组(30例)和对照组(28例)。实验组采取微创下内固定术进行治疗,对照组采取传统的钢板固定术进行治疗。结果实验组的平均出血量为(289.5±11.4)ml,对照组为(405.7±14.1)ml;实验组的平均愈合时间为(11.7±2.6)周,对照组为(15.8±3.7)周;实验组的平均可负重时间为(13.1±2.8)周,对照组为(16.9±4.2)周;实验组患者术后并发症的总发生率为6.6%,对照组为32.1%;实验组患者的治疗优秀率为70.0%,对照组为42.9%。两组以上各项目比较差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论微创下内固定术治疗上肢骨折临床效果显著,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of minimally invasive intemal fixation and conventional fixation in the treatment of upper limb fracture. Methods Fifty-eight patients with upper limb fracture who received treatment in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2012 were selected as research objects. The patients＇ illness informa- tion during the treatment were recorded and retrospectively studied. The 58 patients were divided into experimental group （n=30） and control group （n=28）. The patients in experimental group adopted minimally invasive internal fixa- tion treatment, and the patients in control group adopted the traditional steel plate fixation treatment. Results The av- erage bleeding amount for patients in experimental group was （289.5＋ 11.4） ml, while that of the control group was （405.7＋ 14.1） ml; the average healing time for patients in experimental group were （11.7±2.6） weeks, while that of the control group were （15.8±3.7） weeks; the average load time for patients in experimental group were （13.1±2.8） weeks, while that of the control group were （16.9±4.2） weeks; the total incidence of postoperative complications for patients in experimental group was 6.6%, while that of the control group was 32.1%; the excellent healing rate for patients in experimental group was 70.0%, while that of the control group was 42.9%. There were statistically significant differ- ence between the two groups in the above items （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of minimally invasive in- ternal fixation is remarkable for the treatment of upper limb fracture, which has much clinical application value.
