摘要
目的通过检测蜂蛰伤致急性肾损伤患者早期血清IL-33的水平,探讨其与蜂蛰伤致急性肾损伤的发生和发展的关系。方法收集30例蜂蛰伤致急性肾损伤患者3 h内入院和28例健康体检对照者的血清标本。应用抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法检测血清IL-33的水平;应用全自动生化分析仪、全自动血液分析仪检测生化指标,并分析IL-33水平与各生化指标的相关性。结果蜂蛰伤致急性肾损伤患者血清中IL-33水平为(128.4±68.8)pg/ml,明显高于健康对照组[(29.1±14.3)pg/ml,P<0.01]。血清IL-33水平明显与血清肌酐、肌酸激酶、肌红蛋白、尿NAG、α1M呈正相关(P<0.01),而与血总胆红素及血色素无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论蜂蛰伤致急性肾损伤患者血清IL-33水平明显增高,且与疾病的发生发展密切相关,其可能通过影响肾小管功能参与蜂蛰伤致急性肾损伤的发生发展。
Objective To analyze the association between serum interleukin (IL)-33 and acute kidney injury induced by wasp stings. Methods Thirty patients with acute kidney injury by wasp sting and 28 health controls were recruited. The serum level of IL-33 was detected by ELISA, and other parameters (Scr, CK, Mb, TBiL, Hb, NAG, a1 M)were detected by automatic clinical chemistry analyzer. Results The level of serum IL-33 in wasp sting induced acute kidney injury patients was significantly higher than that of the healthy controls (P〈0.01). The levels of serum IL-33 were related with Scr, CK, Mb, NAG and a1M (P〈0.01). However, the levels of IL-33 was not associat- ed with TBiL and Hb. Conclusion The level of serum IL-33 is significantly higher in acute kidney injury induced by wasp stings, and it may exacerbate the kidney injury through influencing the function of renal tubules.
