摘要
改进了水产品中磺胺类药物测定-超高效液相色谱法。样品经乙酸乙酯提取、流动相稀释后进高效液相色谱仪进行检测分析。色谱条件：ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3（1．8μm ，2．1×100 mm）色谱柱，流动相为甲醇与0．2％甲酸水，检测波长范围270 nm ，柱温40℃，进样量为4μL ，磺胺类药物在0．01～0．5μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系。该方法简便、准确，可以准确地判断水产品中磺胺类药物，并进行定量计算。
A method of UPLC -PDA for determination of sulfonamides in Aquatic products was devel-oped .The liquid chromatography separation was carried on ACQUITY UPLC HSS T 3（1 .8 μm ,2 .1 × 100 mm） with Methanol-0 .2% Formic acidsystem as mobile phase .The wavelength range was 270 nm .The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0 .01~0 .5 μg/mL .The method was simple ,and would accurately determine sulfonamides in in Aquatic products .
