摘要
振动压路机具有压实效果好、生产效率高等优点。利用计算机仿真软件,建立振动压路机数学模型,将基本的物理力学特性(位移、加速度、刚度、阻尼等)作为仿真变化参数,通过改变不同参数,对压路机压实性能进行评价,找到影响压实效果的控制因素。
Vibratory roller has good compaction effect,high production efficiency,etc.Using computer simulation software to build the mathematical model of the vibratory roller,the paper takes the basic physical and mechanical properties(such as displacement,acceleration,stiffness,damping)as the simulation parameters.By changing the different parameters,to evaluate the performance of roller compaction,the control factors affecting compaction effect can be found.
