摘要
分析了湿法冶金反应釜工作条件,以及反应釜中排放气体的特点及排放方式,研究了实际生产中反应釜"跑液冒槽"的原因。在此基础上,介绍了一种用于湿法冶金反应釜正常安全排气的管路设计特点,以提供一种安全可靠的用于湿法冶金反应釜正常安全排气的管路系统。
The paper analyzes working condition of hydrometallurgy reaction kettle, characteristic of discharge in reaction kettle and discharge method, and researches the cause of fluid running and overselling in actual production of reaction kettle. In addition, the paper introduces characteristic of pipeline design of normal safety air discharge for hydrometallurgy reaction kettle to provide a safe and reliable pipeline system of normal safety air discharge for hydrometallurgy reaction kettle.
