摘要
通过对太原重工大型铸锻件车间工业冷却循环水系统进行分析,结合当前单级电驱动水源热泵技术及太重铸锻件车间辅助间、办公楼的采暖条件,定量分析了循环冷却水余热利用的可行性。同时对于整个冷却循环水系统进行筛选,综合比较可靠性、经济性,确定了水源热泵热源及系统经济设计参数。最后经过核算,定量分析了该项目的节能潜力。
Based on the analysis of the circulated cooling water at casting and forging workshop of Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. as well as the current electricity driven heat pump technology and the heating condition of the auxiliary rooms, the possibility of reusing residual heat of the cooling water is analyzed quantitatively. Then the cooling water system was sieved to determine the parameters of heat source and the heating system. Finally, the energy-saving potential of the project was analyzed quantitatively.
