摘要
近年来,调控房价滋生了一系列热点效应,问题的焦点越来越集聚在"标准住房面积"上。我们应当通过人口与住房面积相结合来制定"标准住房面积",增加住房资源并节约土地资源,有效遏止投资、投机行为,降低住房的总价,使中低收入者直接受益,从而实现房价调控的最终目标。
In recent years , dwelling price manipulation has brought about a series of hot spot effects , centering more and more on“standard housing area”.Measures to formulate “standard housing area” should combine population and housing area factors . To achieve the ultimate dwelling price manipulation goal , we should increase housing resources while at the same time conserve land resources , effectively restrain curb investment and other speculative behavior , and reduce the total housing price , so as to directly benefit those low -to medium-income communities .
