实施"走出去"战略是我国深入发展国民经济的必由之路。在我国企业"走出去"的过程中,频遭各种知识产权风险,该风险已经成为我国企业"走出去"的瓶颈。而应急和分散的海外知识产权纠纷解决已不能很有效化解风险、维护我国企业的合法权益。应针对性地建立以企业为核心,以政府为后盾,行业协会和中介机构深入参与的系统化的海外知识产权风险防范长效机制。

The implementation of “going global” strategy is the sure way of in-depth development of national economy .But the“going global” process of Chinese enterprises is frequently accompanied by various intellectual property risks , which has already become the bottleneck hindering Chinese enterprises ’ going global .The emergency-oriented and scattered overseas intellectual property dispute resolutions can no longer resolve those risks , and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterpri-ses.It is vitally important to establish a systemized long -term overseas intellectual property risks prevention mechanism , which treats enterprises as the core , is jointly supported by the government , industry associations and intermediary agencies .
