彭州市退耕还林后续产业发展问题与对策

Problems and Solving Measures in the Follow-up Industrial Development of Converting Cropland to Forest Land in Pengzhou City

退耕还林工程是一项复杂的社会、经济与生态系统工程。本文通过分析彭州市退耕还林后续产业发展现状,发现后续产业存在后续产业发展滞后、资金投入困难、林产品加工基础薄弱以及林业科技含量不高等问题,结合其自然条件和退耕还林现状,提出彭州市退耕还林后续产业的发展方向及相应的发展对策,以巩固退耕还林的成果。

The defarming-and-reafforestation Project is a complicated social, economic and ecological sys- tematic project. In this paper, based on the current status and problems, the direction and measures of follow-up industrial development in Pengzhou was put forward in order to consolidate the achievement of conversting cropland to forestry.
