摘要
以内蒙古黄河南岸灌区杭锦旗自流灌区与达拉特旗扬水灌区为研究实例,根据首尾测算分析法的有关概念和计算原理,从而求出黄河南岸灌区自流灌区与扬水灌区各灌溉水有效利用系数,最后推求到整个黄河南岸灌区。首尾测算分析法思路明确、概念清晰、计算量小、所需要掌握的计算资料也相对比较容易获得。计算结果表明符合灌区实际情况,是一种能够在实际中进行操作的测算方法。该方法在黄河南岸灌区的实际运用,为进一步提高灌区灌溉水有效利用系数,更好的发展灌区节水灌溉提供决策依据。
Taking the two irrigation districts at the south bank of the Yellow River in Inner Mongolia, namely the gravity irrigation district in Hangjin county and the pumping irrigation in Dalate county, as study examples, according to the concept and calculation theory of the initial and ending calculation method, the effective utilization coefficients of irrigated water in the gravity irrigation dis- trict and the pumping irrigation district at the south bank of the Yellow River are calculated, then extend to the entire irrigation dis- trict. The method has several advantages including clear concept and idea, convenient calculation process and easiness in obtaining computing data. The calculation results show that it is compliance with the actual situation of irrigation district, and the method is a practical way. Practical application of this method in irrigation district ean provide decision basis for the further improvement of ef- fective utilization coefficient of irrigated water and the better development of water-saving irrigation.
