摘要
为探讨和厚朴酚衍生物对肝癌细胞的毒性,在合成了6个和厚朴酚衍生物的同时,并应用MTT分析和细胞流式分析等手段研究了活性较好的厚朴酚3#H对肝癌HepG2细胞凋亡的影响。采用倒置显微镜观察细胞的形态学的改变,用流式细胞分析技术测定亚二倍体峰等方法检测该药物对细胞凋亡影响,结果表明和厚朴酚3#H可明显诱导HepG2细胞凋亡。
In this current study, for Evaluation the toxicity of honokiol derivatives, we synthesis six hono- kiol derivatives and Study on the affect of Honokiol Derivatives on apoptosis in a human hepatoma cell line (HepG2) used the methods of MTT and cell morphology analysis. We used the inverted microscope obser- vation of cell morphology change, the diploid peak was determined by flow cytometry analysis methods. The results showed that, honokiol derivatives 3 ~ H can obviously induced apoptosis of a human hepatoma cell line (HepG2).
