硫酸介质中铜和铁缓蚀剂配方研究

摘要 通过硫酸与缓蚀剂(GR-912)和苯骈三氮唑(BTA)在不同配比的情况下,分别对金属铁和铜进行腐蚀与缓蚀试验,得出了最优化配方:硫酸清洗剂对铁材质设备清洗时,硫酸的适宜浓度为1mol/L,缓蚀剂GB最佳配比为2∶1,加入量为2‰左右;对铜材质设备清洗时,硫酸的适宜浓度为0.5mol/L,缓蚀剂GB最佳配比1∶2,加入量在1‰左右。该硫酸清洗剂具有高效防腐、超强抑雾、安全廉价、性能稳定、操作方便等优点,为化学清洗工作者和设备管理者提供一种可靠的配方参考。 Through sulfuric acid and corrosion inhibitor GR-912 and BTA ratio in different cases, iron and copper metal corrosion and corrosion inhibition tests carried out respectively, the optimum formulation was achieved: sulfuric acid pickling agent for cleaning iron equipment, the appropriate concentration of sulfuric acid was lmol/L, the corrosion inhibitor GB best ratio was 2 : 1, addition amount of around 2 ; cleaning e- quipment for copper material, the appropriate concentration of sulfuric acid was 0. 5tool/L, the corrosion inhibitor GB best ratio was 1 : 2, addition amount of around 1. The sulfuric acid cleaning agent has many advantages, such as high-efficient anticorrosion, super fog inhibitor, safe and cheap, stable performance, convenient operation, and so on, for chemical cleaning and equipment managers to provide a reliable refer- ence formula.
