当前,我国高职院校既面临适应经济发展方式转变和产业结构调整要求、培养大批现代化建设需要的高素质劳动者和技能型人才的历史发展机遇,也面临严峻的生源危机与激烈的市场竞争,着力培育特色专业、走内涵式发展道路成为必然选择。特色专业具备路径依赖性、比较优势性和市场养成性,其培育关键在于专业定位服务经济社会发展、人才培养模式对接产业需求紧密、校企合作开展全面深入、师资团队创出品牌效应、教研科研引领专业前沿、体制机制设计科学高效。保险实务特色专业培育模式的实例,可为国内高职院校探索特色专业培育途径,实现新形势下的高职人才培养目标提供借鉴与启示。

Under the new situation of the 12th Five-Year Plan, vocational colleges in China not only face the historic opportunity of developing high-qualified workers and skilled personnel adapting to the requirements of transforming economic development mode and industrial restructuring, but also face the dure source crisis of students and the brutal market competition, which leads to the inevitable strategic choice for vocational colleges of focusing on cultivating characteristic specialties and developing in a connotational way. Their characteristics depend on the developing way, comparative advantages and market integrity, which result from the professional positioning adapting to economic and social development, personnel training mode closely involved in the industrial chain, fully carrying out the school-enterprise cooperation, faculty team creating brand effect, teaching and scientific research leading in the field, and efficient institutional mechanisms. On the analysis above, we can conclude that domestic vocational colleges can find the way of cultivating characteristic specialties and improving their education quality to achieve the talent-cultivating targets in the new situation of higher vocational by learning from this example of Insurance Practice.
