摘要
对贮木场原木楞堆进行细水雾喷头优化布置实验.根据贮木场原木楞堆燃烧特性和细水雾喷头的灭火特点,优化布置细水雾灭火系统中喷头的数量、安装角度以及安装高度,以便最大限度提高细水雾灭火系统在林区贮木场的灭火效率.利用单变量控制法对比细水雾喷头作用于原木楞堆的灭火实验效果,确定了细水雾喷头的优化布置.结果表明,喷头数量为2个、安装角度为0°~6°、安装高度为5 m时的灭火效果最佳.
Experiments on water mist nozzle's optimal placement in log piles located in timber yard were carried out.According to the log pile's combustion characteristic of lumberyard and the fire features of water mist nozzle,it could improve the efficiency of the water mist extinguishing system maximum in the forest lumberyard via optimally arranging the number,installation-angle and the installation-height of water mist nozzle.The experiments compared the extinguishing experimental effect via single variable controlled,and determined the optimal placement of water mist nozzles.The results of the research are as follows:the extinguishing effect of the nozzle will be the best when its number is 2,its installation-angle is 0°~6°,its installation-height is 5 m.
