摘要
通过对一起停车场火灾的调查,分析在火灾形成后,现场被清理痕迹物证不足的情况下,采用模拟实验法,由现场实验入手,结合询问笔录、勘验笔录对可能的起火原因及起火点进行逐个排除,最终确定可能性最大的起火原因及起火点的过程。总结了模拟实验法的应用优势,指明了该方法的适用情况及发展前景,对今后此类火灾案件的调查具有借鉴作用。
By investigation on a parking lot fire,in the condition of lacking of fire scene trace,using simulation experiment and combined with record of inquisition and reconnaissance,possible fire cause and fire origin was excluded,the most likely fire cause and origin was identified.Advantages were concluded,and applicance and foreground were pointed out,giving reference for investigation on similar fire cases.
