高原地区抗氧化药物联合高压氧治疗士兵腰椎间盘突出症的效果分析

Treatment of lumbar disc herniation in soldiers with antioxidant and hyperbaric oxygenation at high altitude area

目的 分析高原地区抗氧化药物联合高压氧治疗部队士兵腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果.方法 选取2008年6月至2012年6月在解放军第四医院住院的腰椎间盘突出症士兵患者88例,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组（48例）和对照组（40例）.对照组给予卧床休息、局部理疗、牵引、口服非甾体类抗炎药、甘露醇及地塞米松静脉滴注等常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予复方红景天胶囊和维生素E口服联合高压氧治疗.疗效评定标准参考中文版Oswestry功能障碍指数,比较2组优良率的差异.结果 观察组优40例、良6例、可2例,优良率为95.8％ （46/48）;对照组优10例、良15例、可9例、差6例,优良率为62.5％（25/40）,2组优良率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 针对高原地区士兵腰椎间盘突出症的发病特点,在传统治疗的基础上,给予抗氧化药物联合高压氧治疗可取得一定疗效.

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of treatment of lumbar disc herniation in soldiers with antioxidant and hyperbaric oxygenation at high altitude area.Methods Eighty-eight cases of lumbar disc herniation were divided into control group （40 cases） and observation group （48 cases）.The control group was treated with resting in bed,physical therapy,traction,non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,mannitol and dexamethasone.In the observation group,antioxidant （compound Rhodiola capsules and vitamin E capsules） and hyperbaric oxygenation was added on the basis of control group.Results All the patients were followed up 6 to 12 months.According to oswestry disorder index,40 cases were excellent,6 cases were good and 2 cases were fair in observation group,and in control group,10 cases were excellent,15 cases were good,9 cases were fair and 6 cases were poor.The successful rates of the two groups were 95.8% （46/48） and 62.5% （25/40） respectively,and there was significant difference by Wilcoxon＆#39;s signed rank test （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The adding of antioxidant and hyperbaric oxygenation on the basis of traditional therapy is very effective for treating lumbar disc herniation in soldiers at high altitude area.
