摘要
基于复合标度的二元语义评价方法,提出了一种用于分布式指挥控制决策冲突问题的一致性模型。该模型首先对决策者的一致程度进行判断;其次,测量出个人与整体的偏好偏差,并由模型中的反馈机制提出相关反馈建议;最后通过算例表明该模型可以较好地解决决策过程中由于个人认知不同而产生的冲突问题。
Based on the improved two-tuple linguistic evaluation method, a consensus model to alleviate conflict problems in distributed Command and Control（ C2） decision making is proposed. Firstly, consensus degree among deciders is obtained. Then the preference distance between experts？ individual opinions and the aggregated opinion is evaluated. And some advice from feedback mechanism are given to alleviate caused conflict problems. Lastly, an example is given to show that the model could relieve such conflict problems caused by different deciders？ cognition.
