Measures to promote Flax Industry Development in Heilongjiang Province

本文通过对黑龙江省亚麻产业的调研,针对存在的问题,通过归纳总结和分析,提出了产业发展的思路。首先解决品种问题,培育适应性强的品种,满足市场的需要;提升机械化水平,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,提高竞争能力;建立合理布局和产业新模式;积极促进相关产业发展,提高产业的抗风险能力;加强政策支持,提高产业竞争能力;完善亚麻技术推广体系;亚麻纺织拉动内需,促进国内市场发展;引进先进技术,全面提升产业水平;大规模种植,雨露沤麻。文中提出了产业发展思路,力求突破产业发展的瓶颈问题。

Through investigating and summarizing the existed problems in flax industry , the author put forward some measures to promote flax industry development.These measures are included as choo-sing good quality and adaptation flax cultivar , improving mechanization and high production efficiency , building reasonable growing distribution and industry model , promoting relevant industry development , enhancing the ability resistant to risk , getting governmental policy support , enhancing industry competi-tion ability, completing flax technique expansion system , promoting domestic demands and domestic mar-ket development , importing advanced technology , planting in large scale and dew -retting.These meas-ures are expected to solve the problems existed in flax industry development.
