摘要
以中国31个省域地区的星级酒店为测算样本,运用数据包络的分析方法(DEA),为我国星级酒店资源的优化配置、管理水平与技术水平的不断提高提高参考依据。测算结果显示:从总体来看,全国星级酒店经营效率水平较高;各个省的星级酒店经营效率有差别且导致各省星级酒店经营水平的原因也不尽相同;星级酒店所在的省域旅游发展水平对其经营效率有一定程度的影响。
Based on China＇s 31 provincial regions of star hotel as measure samples, uses the method of data envelopment analysis （DEA）, for our star hotel resources optimal allocation, management level and technical level enhances unceasingly improve the reference. Calculated result shows that：from the overall, star hotel management has the higher efficiency levels throughout the country; star hotel management efficiency of each province is different and the cause of individual star hotel management level are also different; star hotel in the provincial tourism development level has a certain degree of influence on its operating efficiency.
