摘要
当前,信息技术正在越来越广泛地影响着人们的生活,领导干部所处社会环境变化多端。在新型社会环境、组织文化、传统价值观念以及个人工作性质、家庭生活、性格气质等因素的共同影响下,领导干部在工作和生活中经常要承受各种压力,时有身心疲惫之感。如果这些压力得不到及时疏导,则可能导致不同类型的心理危机发生。作为领导胜任力模型中的主观因素——心理危机的长期存在,会对领导干部的身体健康产生危害,影响其工作表现。
Faced with the unfamiliar circumstances emerged in the new era, executive leaders have to pay more and more pains to deal with growingly sophisticated issues and pressures. These pressures can be classified into elements of immense society, organized system, and deep - rooted culture, as well as individual working environ- ment, family situation, personality and capability. Without effective countermeasures, these growing pressures may break the balance of the leaders" spiritual world, cause various mental crisis, even damage the harmony of their physical health, family life, and the development of living world.
