To play the unique function of red resources as special resources for the party spirit education for lead- ing cadres, the key lies in transformation, that is, to perceive the substantial layer of red resources by eyes and ears, understand the spiritual layer deeply, and then internalize them into an organic component of one＇ s ideoloJ gy. Since its establishment, China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan has made beneficial explorations in effectively internalizing red resources into the spiritual driving forces and party spirit accomplishment of lead- ing cadres.
