摘要
目的观察止痛中药作用机制与中医证型的相关性。方法将小鼠随机分成冷痛证、热痛证与拘急疼痛证实验组,再分别将3个实验组随机分为正常对照组、模型组、桂枝组、冰片组、三七组、威灵仙组和甘草组,采用酶联免疫(ELISA)法检测小鼠血清白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)的水平。结果冷痛证实验中,与模型组比较,桂枝组小鼠IL-2、PGE2水平明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05);热痛证实验中,与模型组比较,冰片组IL-2、IL-8、PGE2水平明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05);拘急疼痛证实验中,与模型组比较,甘草组IL-2、IL-8、PGE2水平明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论中药的止痛作用与中医证型具有一定相关性。
Objective To study the relationship between action mechanism of analgesic Chinese Medicine and syndromes types of TCM. Methods Mice were randomly divided into cold pain syndrome test group, heat pain syndrome test group and spasm pain syndrome test group. The three group were respectively divided into 7 groups : control group, model group, Cinnamomi group, Bomeol group, Notoginseng group, Clematis group and Glycyrrhizae group. Level of IL - 2, IL - 8 and PGE2 of each mouse were determined by ELISA method. Results In cold pain syndrome test, compared with model group, Level of IL- 2 and PGE2 in Cinnamomi group was remarkable lower(P 〈 O. O1,P 〈 O. 05 ) ; in heat pain syndrome test, compared with model group, Level of IL -2, IL -8 and PGE2 in Bomeol group was remarkable lower( P 〈 O. O1 ,P 〈 O. 05) ; in spasm pain syndrome test, compared with model group, Level of IL -2, IL- 8 and PGE2 in Glycyrrhizae group was re- markable lower( P 〈 0.01 ,P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion The analgesic effect of Chinese Medicine maybe related to the syndromes types of TCM.
