摘要
目的观察益智汤治疗老年痴呆症的临床疗效。方法将80例老年痴呆症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组口服中药益智汤治疗,对照组口服盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗,2个月后进行疗效判定。结果治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益智汤加减治疗老年痴呆症疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yizhi Decoction on Alzheimer~ disease patients. Method Randomly divide 80 cases into treatment and control groups; the treatment one took Yizhi Decoction, the control one got Donepezil I-Iydrochloride Tablets. Deter- mine the efficacy after 2 monthes. Result Treatment group was much better than control one, with difference of statistical meaning（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Yizhi Decoction has definite cure effect on Alzheimer＇s disease.
