摘要
通过文献的回顾与整理,系统综述了近10年来电针为主对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗情况,从选穴、针刺方法、电针配合其他疗法、不同频率波形的电针治疗等方面进行分析,评估后发现,以针刺腰椎夹脊穴为主的电针综合疗法现已逐渐成为治疗本病的主流方法:而电针刺激参数标准的不规范、针刺操作、疗效标准的界定是目前存在的问题。
The paper is a systematic review of the past 10 years literatures, based on the caller needle treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
