摘要 阿兹海默症是一种以进行性神经退行性病变为特征的疾病。许多中药提取物具有抗氧化,抗乙酰胆碱酯酶,抗β-淀粉样蛋白毒性,抗炎以及神经保护作用等多重功效,能有效改善阿兹海默症导致的学习和认知功能障碍。列举了8种中药提取物,并阐述其发挥治疗阿兹海默症作用的药理机制。 Objective Alzheimer＇s disease is a progressive neurodegenerative disease. Many kinds of Chinese herbal extracts have mul- tiple effects such as antioxidant, anti - aeetylcholinesterase, anti - β - amyloid toxicity, anti - inflammatory and neuroprotective effects which can ameliorate learning and cognitive dysfunction resulting from Alzheimer＇s disease. This article lists eight herbal extracts, and demon- strated their therapeutic role in treating Alzheimer＇s disease.
