2012年中国卫生总费用核算结果与分析

Results and Analysis of China National Health Accounts in 2012

目的:核算2012年中国卫生总费用,分析新医改以来中国卫生筹资状况。方法:采用卫生费用核算方法,包括来源法和机构法。结果:2012年中国卫生总费用为28 119.00亿元,占GDP比重为5.41%,其中政府卫生支出比重为29.99%,个人卫生支出比重为34.34%。与2011年比,2012年政府卫生支出比重有所下降,而个人卫生支出比重下降速度趋缓。

Objective： To produce China National Health Accounts 2012 and analyze health financing status since new-round health system reform. Methods： To estimate total expenditure on health based on system of health accounts, including financing sources and providers. Results： China total expenditure on health（TEH） in 2012 was 2 811.90 billion RMB, equivalent to 5.41% of GDP. Of the TEH in 2012, the share of government health expenditure was 29.99% and out-of-pocket（OOP） health expenditure has dropped to 34.34%. Comparing to 2011, the share of government health expenditure declined and the decreasing speed of OOP share has been slow.
