技术创新专有化体系的演变路径研究

Research on a Basic Evolving Path of Appropriability Regime of Technological Innovations

梳理了专有化体系的相关概念之间的逻辑关系;从技术创新的全过程提炼出六项节点事件,对节点事件条件下专有化手段及机制的有机结合进行适应性研究;从节点事件、专有化手段、专有化机制、专有化体系强度和专有性实现等五个方面推演了企业专有化体系的演变路径。结论表明:专有化体系具有动态性,而专有化机制具有时效性。

This paper firstly elaborates on the core concepts relative to appropriability regime and presents their internal logi- cal relationships, then extracts six node events from the whole process of a technological innovation and puts up a adaptabili- ty research on appropriability methods and mechanisms under the condition of each node event. At last, it expounds an evol- ving path of firms＇ appropriability regime respectively from the aspects of node events, appropriability methods, appropri- ability mechanisms, strength of the appropriability regime as well as the realization of appropriability. Result indicates that appropriability regime possesses a dynamic property, while appropriability mechanisms have timeliness attributes.
